Credits are spent only on results. Layer separation is charged after your layers arrive, and tools that set credits aside when you start return them automatically if the job fails or is stopped by our content check. Downloading a finished result again is free.

Yes. A free account comes with 10 welcome credits, enough for one AI subject cut-out; layer separation starts at 16 credits for two layers. Free accounts use the same tools and output formats as paid plans, but their layer jobs start after a short queue delay. The browser tools listed above are free without an account.
Layer separation uses 8 credits for each layer you receive. Targeted Layer is a flat 16 credits for the one target layer it extracts. Failed generations are not charged, and downloads from history do not cost extra.
No. Layer separation is charged only after your layers arrive. Tools that set credits aside when you start, such as Text to PSD and the AI cut-out, return them automatically if the job fails or is stopped by our content check. Downloading a finished result again is free.
For one month. Monthly-plan credits stay spendable through the billing month they arrive in and one more month, then expire. Yearly plans add the whole year of credits up front, spendable until one month after the plan year ends. Subscriptions bought before these terms keep the terms they were bought with.
Credit packs are one-off purchases with no subscription. Their credits stay spendable for one year after purchase, and nothing renews automatically.
Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing and your subscription won't renew. Credits you have already received stay in your balance until they expire.
Credits for failed jobs come back automatically. Subscriptions and credit packs are generally non-refundable once the credits are delivered, but we make exceptions for duplicate or unauthorized charges, missing credits, and failures caused by our systems. Email support@image2layer.com with your account email and order details.
Checkout runs on Stripe and is charged in US dollars. Subscriptions are paid by card. One-time credit packs can be paid by card, Alipay or WeChat Pay.
Yes, you can use them commercially, and no watermark is added on any plan, including free. You keep ownership of your uploads and of the results made for you, as far as the law allows. Make sure you have the rights to the images you upload, and review results before using them in client or production work.

If it is valid, the discounted prices appear on the plan and pack cards with the offer's terms above them, and the discount is applied at Stripe checkout.
